Our solution also allows for the transmission of sales tax codes from Shopline to Acumatica, facilitating the linking of the correct account for precise order payment collection.
Moreover, our data mapping extends to general ledger (GL) account data. In situations where a customer is identified from your Shopline store, we map and transfer their information to Acumatica under a general (web sales) account without creating a separate customer account to reduce unnecessary data entries. Alternatively, we can set up individual customer accounts in Acumatica separately if they do not exist and then map them to the respective orders.
Order Checkout
We offer specialized data mapping features for on-account checkouts, enabling B2B customers to conveniently complete transactions on credit. All you need to do for them to avail of this benefit is add their account details to your Acumatica ERP system.
